Once again, we see the "it must be the woman's fault" philosophy is alive and well even among other women. When you combine that with a government agency determined not to have any problems, then the rape victim is certain to be victimized a second time.

Meanwhile the US Aid agencies want to double our aid to Africa where most of it will go to enrich the people who look the other way when atrocities happen. Yet another reason why we should quit wasting taxpayer dollars on foreign aid.

I wonder if the USDA estimate took in the impact of spring floods including the thousands of acres flooded when that levee was blown. The fields all along the Mississippi flood zone are forecast to be out of the planting picture for at least this year if not longer.

I guess we've all conveniently forgotten Nam where kids as young as six threw grenades or where women wrapped bombs to look like babies. Face it folks, anyone who is willing to blow themselves and their family up on a plane are capable of tuckign the plastic explplsives in the diaper.

Charity AND common sense begin at home. Cut foreign aid first. If we just cut foreign aid by 50% we will be much more solvent. Honestly folks, would any citizen or even a member of the U.S.
